All bookings taken are covered by our Covid-19 Specific Cancellation Policy – rest assured that any bookings affected by a local / national lockdown or the need to self isolate will be fully reimbursed or rescheduled (see bottom of post).

COVID-19 SPECIFIC CANCELLATIONS. We appreciate that during these uncertain times guests will need reassurance before they can confidently plan ahead and book a holiday.
Should Government lockdown measures or the need to self isolate mean that your stay cannot go ahead, the following cancellation options will be offered:
Option 1: If you have travel insurance you might be able to get a full refund via your insurer. If you wish to pursue this option we will provide you with any necessary paperwork for your claim.
Option 2: We can move your booking to a later date. We are happy for you to choose any future date of the same price that you have already paid (subject to availability and with the proviso that a future date you choose might also have to change).
Option 3: Give you a credit for the full value of monies paid, to be used in the future at a date not yet decided (to be used within 18 months of the date of your original stay).
Option 3: Cancel your booking completely and receive a refund for the full amount paid (this is not our preferred option and this might take a few weeks to organise so please bear with us).
