So we’ve come to the end of another busy Summer season. The weather has been ‘changeable’ to say the least – we’ve had our share of beautiful sunny days but we’ve not escaped the torrential rain that most of the UK experienced in August.
Autumn in Snowdonia is stunning – the colours of the landscape slowly change from the lush green of Summer to the amazing reds and yellows of Autumn. Scenic Betws y Coed (sometimes affectionately pronounced Betsy Coed) , the little village surrounded by woodland, is particularly spectacular in its Autumn colour scheme.
Snowdonia slows down in the Autumn making it a great time to visit if you enjoy being away from the crowds of Summer visitors. There’s every chance you will get the hills to yourselves, especially if you’re able to escape for a mid week break.
We still have some availability for short breaks and weekly lets in our three lovely self catering holiday cottages. This is the time of year that guests really start appreciating the toastie underfloor heating and the wood burning stoves – a perfect place to return to after a long walk.
Take advantage of our Autumn special offer – we are offering 4 nights for the price of 3 – and book yourself a little Autumn getaway www.moelyriwrch.co.uk/book-contact/ Booking is easy – just check your dates and send us an email or give us a call.
